Warranty & Returns
Our promise
Every Zinger bat is built to spec, hand-inspected, and signed off before it leaves the shop. If a manufacturing defect appears, we make it right.
Defect warranty
If your bat breaks due to a manufacturing defect within 30 days of delivery, we'll repair or replace it free of charge. Defects include grain failure not caused by mis-hits, finish delamination, and any spec-sheet variance we caused.
What's not covered
Standard wear from game use (pings, dings, light surface marks), breakage from improper mis-hits (handle snaps from inside-pitch contact, etc.), water/heat damage from leaving the bat in a hot car or wet equipment bag, and any post-purchase modifications.
Returns on stock items
Ready-to-ship apparel and accessories can be returned within 14 days of delivery in unworn, unaltered condition for a full refund (less shipping). Custom bats are non-returnable except in the case of a manufacturing defect.
Starting a claim
Email warranty@zingerbats.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and 3-5 photos. We'll respond within one business day with next steps.
